I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me as I was able to easily navigate the area and it was close to restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the recently updated exterior gave the hotel a fresh and modern look. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the price I paid was definitely worth the value, as I only spent $50 for the night.

Accessing the apartment was a breeze, as the access code was sent to us by the hotel. The location was extremely convenient, within walking distance of the train station, bars, and restaurants. This made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the local amenities. we would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Who needs curtains anyway? The lack of curtains in the apartment added a little extra excitement to my stay, as I had the pleasure of being awake with the sun every morning.

smartflats exceeded my expectations during this shopping trip. the location was great, close to the city center and metro. the flat had a nice terrace and all the necessary amenities for cooking and washing.

We had a fantastic stay at Smartflats City - Royal. The apartment was enormous and very well equipped, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Christmas markets. The communication from the owners was excellent, and we had no trouble accessing the apartment with the key codes. We were also able to find parking conveniently opposite the apartment. The nearby HEMA store was a great find for a delicious breakfast.

Poor communication and service: the hotel staff was unresponsive to my inquiries, which was frustrating. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered, leading to a lack of assistance and support.
